Chef Rawat
Chef Gamer Rawat’s culinary journey began in the valleys of The Himalayas, inspired by his renowned father at the Imperial Hotel in New Delhi. With expertise from five-star luxury properties such as Crowne Plaza, Intercontinental, Radisson, Sheraton, and the world-famous Bukhara restaurant, Chef Rawat became a maestro of North Indian-style cooking.
His passion and talent brought him to the United States, where he delighted diners as Executive Chef at Saffron in Morrisville, North Carolina.
Recognized as one of the top 25 restaurants in the Triangle area, Chef Rawat continues to share his culinary mastery at Saffron Indian Cuisine in Cary.

Chef Chamoli
Chef Chandrachur Chamoli, our Executive Chef at Saffron Indian Cuisine, brings over 18 years of culinary experience to our kitchen. Trained at the Food Craft Institute in Dehradun and the Institute of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (IHM) Bangalore.
Chef Chandrachur specializes in Indian Food Culture. Inspired by his mother’s culinary skills, he pursued his passion for cooking, becoming the first in his family to join the hospitality industry. His dedication to the culinary arts ensures that every dish served at Saffron is a masterpiece.
